Salon Policies

Late Arrivals: If you are late for your appointment, your treatment time may be reduced in order to finish on time for the next scheduled appointment. Your service fee will remain the same. We appreciate your giving us 48 hours notice of cancellation. We regret that we must bill clients for 50% of the charge for scheduled services if appointments are not cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the time reserved. We will stand behind all chemical services for a time period of up to 3 weeks only when the guest uses the recommended products that are carried in our salon. These products include: Paul Mitchell, Bumble and Bumble, Icon , and Phyto Hair Care. Please ask your stylist or the receptionist for a recommendation before leaving the salon.
