Joy is a multi-faceted hair stylist who loves to do everything hair-related, from cut, color and extensions, to wedding hair and men's hair.

Her specialty training includes Vidal Sassoon, Toni + Guy, Bumble &  Bumble academy, and Martin Parsons upstyling. She's also Keratin-certified, Brazilian Blowout-certified, and hairtalk extensions-certified.

Her favorite part about working in the beauty industry? The people! It gives her such joy to transform each client and make them happy.

Her hobbies outside of work include working out, playing with her two standard poodles, going to concerts, and - of course - hair classes and shows.

Interesting fact: When she was in architecture school, she was always doing her colleagues' hair. She was so good at it, they all told her she should do hair for a living. She listened. And she actually uses some of the things she learned in architectural design to create new looks and styles for her clients. She considers herself, "the architect of hair."
